About the Analysis
Do I need to know my birth time?
Birth time is required for the full analysis (natal chart, Human Design). If you don't know your time, you can order the basic analysis by date of birth — it includes destiny matrix, numerology and chakra analysis.
What language will the report be in?
The report is generated in the language you choose in the order form — Lithuanian, Russian, English, Polish, Latvian, German or Estonian.
How long does it take?
From filling in the form to receiving the PDF by email — 3 to 5 minutes.
Is the result unique?
Yes. Each report is generated individually based on your data. Two people with different birth dates will never receive the same text.
How long is the report?
Basic analysis — 10+ pages PDF. Full analysis — 15+ pages PDF. Both are personal and structured by topic.
About Payment
How does payment work?
Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx).
Can I get a refund?
Since the report is generated immediately after payment and is a digital product, refunds are not available. If a technical issue occurred — contact us by email.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe — one of the most secure payment systems in the world. We do not see or store your payment data.

What is a natal chart?
A natal chart is a map of the sky at the moment of your birth. It shows planetary positions and their influence on personality, relationships and life mission.
What is Human Design?
Human Design is a system combining astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah and quantum physics. It determines your energy type, strategy and authority for making decisions.
What is the Destiny Matrix?
The Destiny Matrix is a karmic program based on the numeric energies of the birth date. It shows the goals, challenges and resources of this incarnation.
Are there good and bad numbers or energies?
No. Every number and energy has its own strengths and challenges. The goal is to understand your energetic profile and use it consciously.
Does an analysis reveal one's fate?
Not exactly. An analysis reveals your natural program — potentials, tendencies and energetic patterns. Fate depends on your choices and level of awareness.

Can I change the information I entered after payment?
No, since the report is generated immediately after payment. If you made an error, contact us by email — we will do our best to help.
What is the difference between an analysis with and without birth time?
With birth time: full analysis including Natal Chart and Human Design. Without birth time: basic analysis with Destiny Matrix, Numerology and Chakra Analysis. Both provide a detailed and valuable portrait.
Do you store the data?
Your birth data is used only to generate the report. We do not store personal data longer than necessary to provide the service.
What should I do if I don't know my exact time of birth?
Choose the basic analysis — it doesn't require birth time and includes Destiny Matrix, Numerology and Chakra Analysis. You can also ask your parents or check your birth certificate.
What should I do if I haven't received my report?
First check your spam/junk folder. If the report hasn't arrived within 15 minutes — write to us at info@astromixes.com with the email address you used.
